Payment: Klarna checkout

Terms and conditions Klarna checkout for private individuals • Payment is easy and secure with Klarna. Even if you do not already have a Klarna account, you can quickly make the transaction via Klarna. Klarna cooperates with VISA, MasterCard and all Swedish banks that offer direct payments, Swedbank, Handelsbanken, SEB, Nordea and Danske Bank. Klarna maintains high security requirements and is PCI certified by Trustwave, which is an international organization for secure e-commerce. All traffic is encrypted through SSL 128 bits and all card transfers are based on the banks’ so-called 3D-secure technology.


Deliveries are sent by postnord A-letter. Order value over SEK 1500 is sent by registered mail with Postnord.

Delivery time

Orders are delivered within 10 days.


Thomas Everlund Jewellery, Everand International AB guarantees that the products work as intended. If the product does not work as intended, Thomas Everlund Jewellery, Everand International AB guarantees replacement to a new product. If you want to complain about a product that was broken at the time of delivery, you must do so within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect.

Right of return

Thomas Everlund Jewellery, Everand International AB offers its customers to cancel their purchase without special reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. The product you send in return must be faultless, complete, unused and in original packaging. To: Thomas Everlund Jewellery, Everand International AB, Kronetorpsgatan 6, SE-21226 Malmö. If you return any item without exchange, you will of course get your money back within 30 days, but you pay the return shipping and shipping fee on your order yourself.


We guarantee that the goods you ordered are faultless upon delivery. Should you receive a defective or incorrectly delivered item, we will pay the shipping.

False orders • We cooperate with the police and all false orders or fraud attempts are reported to the police.Thomas Everlund Jewellery, Everand International AB provides all information to the police to assist in the investigation.

Transport damage

We are responsible for all damages that may occur during transport to customers. If, upon receipt, you discover that the shipment is damaged during transport, you must immediately notify the postal service. If they do not assume the liability for damage, you should contact our customer service at info@thomaseverlund.com. When returning from the customer to us, the customer is responsible for damage that may occur during transport.

Unclaimed gods

If we receive packages that have not been redeemed from the post office, we reserve the right to charge all costs incurred in connection with this return. Payment must be made within 30 days from the invoice date.


We will follow the General Complaints Board’s recommendations in the event of a dispute.

We comply with the Swedish Personal Data Act. It maintains a high level to provide the individual with protection on how personal data is stored. According to this law, we must ask you to consent to us buying and saving information about you in our database. By purchasing from Everand, you confirm this consent. All personal data that you provides to us or which we receive when you make a purchase will be processed by Thomas Everlund Jewellery, Everand International AB in its capacity as data controller. The information will be used for the purpose of fulfilling our commitments to you and in the communication between Thomas Everlund Jewellery, Everand International AB and the customer.

We cannot accept orders from persons under the age of 18.
